I teach yoga in Lisbon and online, and run retreats in Norfolk, UK and Portugal.

Through yoga I seek to promote the regulation of the nervous system — one of the best tools we have to positively influence the automatic functions in the body, such as our heart rate, digestion, and muscle recovery. Working with the nervous system means working to resolve some of the core causes of many human challenges.

My goal is to guide students to an embodied and balanced state of being. I use precise cuing, music, and mindfulness techniques along with specific tailored practices such as vagal toning, acupressure, pranyama (breathwork) and myofascial release to help students explore their practice.

All of my retreats involve a balance of yoga practices and learning.

The primary intention of my retreats is for attendees to leave feeling strong, relaxed and refreshed. It is also important to me that students leave the retreat having learnt a few key practices/tools that they can take away with them and use in their daily life.
